We know these are strange and uncertain times, but we want to assure you we are still here. We are an essential business to enable horse owners and their carers alike. We all know they can’t feed themselves!
As have many others, we have had to amend our working days and normal procedures. We hope to outline these below but, as always, please pick up the phone or send a message message if you need us.
How COVID-19 has affected us
It has impacted us just as it has other small businesses and we are certainly feeling the strain. We love our shop and all it’s customers so we are working as hard as possible to remain open and strong enough to still be here when it all passes. We haven’t been blind to the panic, fear of going out so we have felt a pressure to survive.
We are hugely grateful for all the support and continued custom of many. We can’t thank you enough!
Myself & Sophie will no longer be in the shop until lock down is past and the way forward is clearer. Trish is working extremely hard at the shop alone, ensuring all phone orders are dealt with and that we still can supply you all with the essentials you need to care for your animals.
For the foreseeable future (since the announcements were made) we will now only be available for shop orders over the telephone. This is to ensure the shop can keep going and keep us all safe.
Payment is to to be taken over the telephone and goods to be colllected from outside the shop.
We we will be available for shop orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday From 10am-4pm.
